Flag Academy (Lolados) — rules and conditions for using the app.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Flag Academy mobile application ("App"), developed and published by Lolados ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is designed to be suitable for a general audience, including children. If you are under the age required to make purchases in your country, permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
4. App content
Flag Academy is an educational geography quiz game. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, correct, or up to date. The App may change over time, including features, content, or availability.
5. Optional support tips
The App may include optional voluntary support tips processed by Apple through the App Store. Tipping is not required to access the core app experience.
6. In-app purchases
If you choose to send an optional support tip, the transaction is handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not process payments directly. Refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store policies.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how data is handled, including analytics and optional support purchases.

8. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, graphics, text, and logos, are owned by Lolados or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if the App is discontinued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
